Getting started is easy. Simply get in touch with the coach (417) 315-6988 or email@example.com and set your starting date and time.
Children as young as 12 years old can begin training with ASSF, as long as the child is focused and attentive. If younger than 12 years of age, coaches will meet with parents and determine if this program will be a fit for their child.
I suggest no less than twice per week, so that the athlete is not starting over every time they attend a workout session (once per week). Learning will be accelerated if the athlete works several days per week.
Workouts typically last an hour. If longer, those workouts will be planned and discussed…no surprises.
Most younger athletes tend to do better in the group sessions. However, there is the individual sessions for those who may have scheduling conflicts or prefer to work alone.
Yes, but those requests have to be made and agreed upon by coach and parents or athlete.
Monthly packages are designed and expected to be completed in a month, no rollover. Any exceptions must be discussed and approved prior to making any exception.
Depends on several factors, e.g., frequency of workouts, rate of learning, and talent level. Show up often, work hard.
