The athlete will learn skills and techniques designed to enhance power, strength, agility and mobility. Special attention will be paid to injury prevention, and understanding the importance of recovery.
A variety of training methods will include specific speed drills, plyometrics, flexibility, mobility and strength training, and conditioning.
